The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. phaaa employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phaaa reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
phaaa is required to verify the identity of all registered players in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
phaaa reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

You must notify phaaa immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account, or any loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your login credentials. All activity conducted through your phaaa account — including all wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. phaaa is entitled to assume that any person accessing your account using your correct login credentials is you, unless you have previously notified us of a security breach.
phaaa accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment channels, all denominated in Philippine Peso (₱):
Prohibited Payment Methods: phaaa does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset) as a deposit or withdrawal method. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with Philippine regulations. Any attempt to deposit via prohibited methods will be rejected and returned.

phaaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the phaaa platform, even if phaaa has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phaaa accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by players. By using the platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. You are solely responsible for your gambling decisions and any financial consequences thereof.
